"We want the head of the infidel cartoonist chopped off"

Well, not really they don't but ambassadors of 20 muslim countries have, as the Swedich site "The Local" reports(hat tip:Dhimmiwatch), "agreed on a list of measures Sweden needed to take if it was to secure a long-term solution to the Muhammad cartoon controversy." Among other thins they ask that:

"Muslims need legal protection against the desecration of the Prophet Muhammad, maybe something similar to the protection enjoyed by Jews and homosexuals."

Just what protection is that? What are they talking about?

"A permanent parliamentary committee also needs to be established to tackle islamophobia,"

And just what are they supposed to do, the members of the comitee? Ban writings and publications critical of islam?

But if you think these demands are outrageous, get this:

"We want to see action, not just nice words. We have to push for a change in the law,"

And which law would replace the current Swedish one? Sharia, maybe? Talk about having gall!

To paraphrase Vladimir Putin, it's their heads that need changing not Swedish law.
